Some Tips for Returns & Refunds with Tire Mart

Tire Mart™ wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and our Return Policy is designed to cover unusual circumstances when it may be necessary to return goods.

If your order arrives damaged, be sure to immediately contact the shipping company and determine their policy for claims. Depending on their policy, you can then notify us so we can send you a replacement. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any tire that is not special order and has not been installed or mounted on a wheel or vehicle within 14 days of receipt. You may return any wheel that is not special order and has not had a tire mounted on it or been installed on a vehicle within 14 days of receipt.

Any product returned for credit must not be damaged in any way or we will refuse your return. Products returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns are first subject to approval by means of a return authorization number (RA#). Before returning or shipping goods back to Tire Mart™ please call us Toll Free 1-877-282-TIRE(8473) to obtain authorization. Any returns that do not receive prior approval and a Return Authorization # will be refused and returned to the customer. All returned items must be in same condition in which you received it and must be accompanied by the original invoice. On the invoice, or on a separate piece of paper, please include details of why you are returning the item.

Be aware that any damage that may occur during shipment of your returned items to Tire Mart™ is the responsibility of the carrier, not Tire Mart™. You are advised to include shipping insurance with all shipments. Tire Mart™ does not refund return shipping charges unless we made an error in order processing or shipping.

All refunds, including any refunds for return shipping charges, will be credited to the credit card used in your purchase. We will make every effort to process your refund quickly and you will be notified of your refund normally by email or by other prior arrangement.
